I was able to log in, but I have a bug to report or a suggestion on how to improve the app

Please send an email using the in-app Send Feedback button. To do so, tap Menu->About and then Send Feedback. This email will include info that will help find your account and diagnose the problem. Screenshots are always helpful!

I can't event launch the app!

Please send an email to support@fractical.app, including as much info as you can about your device (iOS/Android version, device brand/model).
